I've spent more than 25 years in the housing and real estate business. In that time I've worked with first-time homebuyers, repeat homeowners moving into their next chapter, and investors building portfolios across Texas. The work changes from client to client. The standard doesn't.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, which means families I work with can understand every page they sign, in the language they're most comfortable in.

I'm also a licensed loan originator. That gives my clients an advantage on the financing side, and it means I have a clear understanding of what it actually takes to qualify for a home loan. For buyers who aren't quite there yet, I help map out a path toward clean credit and stronger financial footing so homeownership becomes a real option, not a someday idea.

I believe in being a contributor, not a consumer. I give back when I can, I support causes I believe in, and I take seriously the responsibility of representing people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
